V01東航貴賓室2017年底啟用，出乎意料到今天，硬體和裝修都還算新穎，空間也是非常大，
用餐區與休息區徹底區分，裏頭也沒上海的吵雜，反倒挺安靜的，甚至有懶骨頭區、淋浴間，
果然是大都市和航空的格局，有下過功夫的規劃，既優雅也融合在地，不被時代淘汰的審美。
The V01 Eastern Airlines Lounge opened at the end of 2017, and surprisingly, its hardware and decor still feel quite modern even today. The space is notably large, with a clear distinction between the dining and resting areas. Unlike the bustling image often associated with Shanghai, the lounge is actually quite serene. It even features a beanbag area and shower facilities, showcasing the thoughtful design typical of a major metropolis and leading airline. The planning is both elegant and locally integrated, reflecting an enduring aesthetic that has not been outmoded by time.

與在浦東機場一樣，長榮在虹橋機場真的有心，國際航廈總共就三間貴賓室，就配合了兩間，
除星空聯盟的V02國航貴賓室，也和主場在上海、屬天合聯盟的V01東方航空貴賓室有配合。
即便和聯合航空同屬星空聯盟，但聯合航空的United Club貴賓室早就關門，不得其門而入，
只好到連洗手間和對外窗都沒有的Executive Lounge，這種待遇對有些商務旅客真是種折磨。
Just like at Pudong Airport (PVG), EVA Air has put significant effort into their presence at Hongqiao Airport (SHA). There are only three lounges in the international terminal, and EVA collaborates with two of them. In addition to the V02 Air China Lounge for Star Alliance members, they also cooperate with the V01 Eastern Airlines Lounge, which belongs to the SkyTeam Alliance and is based in Shanghai. The EVA Air BR771 flight is the last one to depart from this terminal, and they must have negotiated extended operating hours for the lounge. 因為貴賓室挺大，在休息區的各處也都有些簡單的點心吧台和咖啡機，可以減少移動距離。
The dining area is situated at the far end of the lounge, distinctly separated from the resting area, which includes a beanbag section and a bar, by a long corridor. This ensures no interference between the two zones. Due to the lounge's considerable size, there are simple snack bars and coffee machines scattered throughout the resting area to minimize the need for walking.

步入東航，肯定要試試東航那碗麵，如果沒法進貴賓室，東航去年也用這IP在東虹橋中心，
開了餐廳，雖然是有點偏貴，但想想畢竟是在商場裡，又能吃到多種地區特色，試試無妨。
我認為東航那碗麵之所以評價好，最主要不是碗裡味道的本身，反倒是用一個IP，因地制宜。
每個大江南北都有屬於自己的地道特色，武漢吃熱干麵、西安吃油潑扯麵、雲南吃雞肉米線。
上海的特色是蘇式細麵，虹橋和浦東又做出不同花樣，浦東是澆頭湯麵，虹橋是蔥油拌麵。
虹橋那碗麵調料用的多，特別是蔥油的層次出眾，再加點蒜酥和小米辣增些口感，很是不錯。
Stepping into the Eastern Airlines Lounge, one must try their MU noodles. Even if you can't access the lounge, Eastern Airlines opened a restaurant at the East Hongqiao Center last year under this Intellectual Property, offering a taste of various regional specialties. Although it's a bit pricey, considering it's in a shopping mall, it's worth trying. I believe the high ratings for MU noodles stem not from the taste itself but from the clever use of an IP to create a localized experience. Each region in China has its own culinary specialty: Wuhan has hot dry noodles, Xi'an offers oil-splashed noodles, and Yunnan is known for chicken rice noodles. Shanghai's specialty is Su-style thin noodles, with different variations at Hongqiao and Pudong airports. Pudong serves them in broth with toppings, while Hongqiao offers scallion oil mixed noodles. The Hongqiao MU noodles are particularly notable for their rich scallion oil flavor, enhanced with crispy garlic and chili flakes for added texture.

虹橋機場國際航廈總共3間貴賓室，比較起來，肯定首選是V01東航貴賓室，而且好的非常多，
各方面完勝的地步，如果就這一次到虹橋機場，千萬別走錯了，上樓後走到底的，才是歸宿。
