[ 桃園機場TPE ] 長榮航空 The Infinity 商務艙貴賓室

有長榮的聯名信用卡後,就很少機會到The Infinity,畢竟搭商務艙就進The Garden貴賓室,

搭經濟艙就進The Star、Silver Kris或Oriental Club,這次重新回到這,算是既陌生又熟悉。

如果在尖峰時段持聯名信用卡,The Garden會做人流控管不讓進入,那就得回歸The Infinity。

Having an EVA Air co-branded credit card means rarely visiting The Infinity lounge. When flying business class, I head to The Garden lounge, and for economy class, it's The Star, Silver Kris, or Oriental Club. So, revisiting The Infinity this time felt both unfamiliar and missing. There is one need to be aware of is if The Garden is too crowded during peak times, they'll manage the crowd by redirecting cardholders back to The Infinity.
長榮航空在桃園機場的貴賓室有4個,都在第二航廈安檢後4樓,硬體和使用會員等級低到高,

分別是銀卡的The Club、星盟金卡The Star、商務艙的The Infinity、鑽石卡的The Garden

每間貴賓室的空間都不算大,所以在上午九點半前這種熱門時間,幾乎人潮都是相當擁擠。

商務艙的The Infinity和星盟金卡的The Star是共用一個門廳,櫃台往左是The Star空間較大,

往右是進入門檻較嚴格的The Infinity,伙食基本是一樣的,只差The Infinity有熱狗和莫凡比,

The Star是提供哈根達斯。如果商務艙旅客想吃哈根達斯,就走過去The Star再走回來即可。

EVA Air boasts four lounges at Taoyuan Airport, all located on the fourth floor after security in Terminal 2. Ranked from lowest to highest in terms of facilities and membership levels, there's The Club for Silver Card holders, The Star for Star Alliance Gold members, The Infinity for business class passengers, and The Garden for Diamond Card holders. Each lounge is not huge, so during busy times, like before 9:30 AM, they're usually quite packed. The Infinity and The Star share a common entrance: turn left for the more spacious The Star, right for the more exclusive The Infinity. The food is almost identical, except The Infinity offers hot dogs and Mövenpick ice cream, while The Star has Häagen-Dazs. Business class passengers wanting Häagen-Dazs can simply walk over to The Star and back.

The Infinity在一月底,內部重新換裝,變得輕盈明亮雅致的多,要不然原本的長榮夜店風,

是像曼谷長榮貴賓室那種風格,實在有點跟不上時代的審美。我想長榮會難得做整修調整,

應該和星宇在第二航廈新的Galactic Lounge開幕有關。市場還是要多點競爭,對旅客比較好,

免得總是只有長榮和華航,舊的設備沿用就好,反正機場也不夠空間再開貴賓室,沒得比較。

不過整體空間我認為還是偏小,雖然只有商務艙可進入,但尖峰時段也是非常不好找座位。

The Infinity underwent a renovation at the end of January, now looking much brighter and more elegant. Previously, it had an outdated nightclub vibe similar to EVA's Bangkok lounge, which felt out of touch with modern aesthetics. This refresh likely coincides with Starlux opening its new Galactic Lounge in Terminal 2. Competition is beneficial for travelers, preventing a stagnant environment dominated by EVA and China Airlines. Without space for new lounges at the airport, older lounges might otherwise become complacent. Despite the improvements, The Infinity still feels a bit cramped, making it tough to find a seat during peak hours, even though it's exclusively for business class passengers.
自助區餐食部分並沒有什麼特別,我覺得網路上形容得很好,熱食區就是類似KTV的自助餐,

然後再多了新鮮的沙拉吧、冰淇淋、酒水和咖啡機。但長榮貴賓室的素食一直有基本的水準,

所有的自助區提供的餐食,都有顧慮到素食的需求,甚至像是素肉鬆這種的無痛轉換,不錯。

可惜在長榮商務艙貴賓室沒有提供現煮餐點,這是在所有桃機直營貴賓室中,偏省的一個。

連信用卡的免費貴賓室Plaza Premium環亞、Oriental Club東方宇逸都能有現煮餐,在長榮,

如果已經搭到最高艙等的商務艙,在Lounge的熱食餐點待遇,還不如坐經濟艙的小夥伴們。 

The self-serve food options aren't particularly special. A description I found online aptly compares the hot food section to a karaoke buffet, but with the addition of a fresh salad bar, ice cream, beverages, and coffee machines. EVA lounges consistently provide decent vegetarian options, with items like vegetarian floss, ensuring a smooth transition for those with dietary restrictions. Unfortunately, EVA’s business class lounge lacks freshly prepared hor meals, a notable omission compared to other airlines lounges at Taoyuan Airport. Even the credit card lounges like Plaza Premium and Oriental Club offer cooked-to-order dishes. It’s disappointing that business class passengers at EVA don't enjoy better hot meal options than their economy counterparts.
我認為環境或硬體好的貴賓室,一種是品項豐富和有現煮夠熱的餐食,另一種是舒適的風格,

環境寬敞不吵雜、讓人能舒服地坐下喝杯飲料休息,如果有吧台和酒保能來杯調酒,那更好。

For me, there are two types of top-notch airport lounges. One offers a wide variety of food selections and freshly prepared, piping hot meals. The other emphasizes comfort, featuring a spacious and quiet environment where you can relax with a drink. If the latter includes a bar with a bartender who can mix a good cocktail, that's even better.
